1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the di888 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on di888, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

di888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with di888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the di888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. di888 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of di888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from di888 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement currently in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) di888 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. di888 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

di888 is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name)

di888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your di888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. di888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify di888 immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

di888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are generally credited to your di888 wallet instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution. di888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts may withdraw to GCash or PayMaya in under five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

di888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if di888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on di888 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). di888 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

di888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts that meet the stated requirements at the time of the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• di888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on di888 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

di888 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All games are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, di888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. di888 reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified technical malfunction. The decision of di888's technical team in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the di888 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the di888 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing di888 staff or other players
• Allowing any third party to access or use your di888 account

8. Responsible Gaming

di888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the di888 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the di888 Platform without the prior written consent of di888.
